These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website paralellautomation.com and any related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Paralell Automation ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Paralell Automation provides automation, CRM implementation, AI integration, and related professional services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in a separate proposal, statement of work, or subscription plan agreed with each client.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Third-Party Integrations

The Services may connect to third-party platforms such as Google Workspace, HubSpot, or others. By authorizing an integration you (a) accept the third party's terms; (b) authorize us to access only the data and perform only the actions required to operate the feature you enabled; and (c) acknowledge we are not responsible for the availability or behavior of those third-party services.

4. Fees and Billing

Subscription fees, project fees, and payment terms are stated in the applicable plan or proposal. Unless otherwise stated, fees are billed in advance and non-refundable. Late payments may result in suspension of the Services.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services to violate any law or the rights of others.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where permitted by law.
• Use the Services to send spam, malware, or content that infringes intellectual-property rights.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.

6. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights to our website, software, and underlying technology. Custom deliverables produced for a client are governed by the applicable proposal or statement of work. You retain ownership of your data and content.

7. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's confidential information confidential and use it only to perform the Services or evaluate them.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for any conduct we reasonably believe is harmful. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Mexico City, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
